Hi. I'm new into working out. I am sooo lazy. I'm thin. 5'6" weighing just 110lbs. Any tips on how to start? Or maybe any food supplement i can take to gain extra weight? And by the way, i don't have much time to go to the gym because i work full time as a civil engineer.

Try to start with at least 10 mins a day weight exercise. Maybe when you get in from work or just before. To help gain try whey protein. It's quite pricey but really does the job if you wanna bulk up. Only drink 1 protein shake a day if your working out. Otherwise you'll just get fat. If not maybe workout on the weekend and only drink protein shakes on them days. Hope this helps.
