If anyone's got any suggestions on the best protein shakes and suppliments to help gain muscle?

Muscle pharm has great taste and low sugar. Its a little pricy but it's worth it

Whey protein, on nutrition. Great flavours and they are so easy to drink!

I use Maxiraw. Not the cheapest, but well tested.

Bsn syntha- 6 protein blend and musclepharm recon for recovery. I find these 2 products the best out of all others I've tried.

i just stoped using big name brands like musclepharm and gold standard and started to use something much healthier im currently using NZ WPI from https://professionalwhey.com.au they have the best whey protein isolates, with very low fats, carbs and salts also no added artificial sweeteners, flavours, preservatives or chemicals its GMO free and the cows used to get the cheese for the whey are hormone free
