Besides eating healthy and a lot of cardio, anything else I should do like supplements in my shakes or anything ? I'm trying to shed some fat then once that's done I'm going to tone and add a little muscle. TIA

Maybe resistance training if your not doing it already

Adding psyllium husk to protein shakes adds fiber and makes you fill more full. Working out before each meal is a good way of suppressing appetite and burn more since blood sugar levels will be lowest.

Healthy eating+resistance/weight training+a little cardio=success!!! It's not all cardio and the resistance training will keep you burning calories long after your workouts over!
