Need tips and advice on how to get motivated to work out I'm a stay at home mom and I just want to better myself for my kids

My boys are immediate motivation.. seeing them is a constant reminder to get off my a**...

I use negative comments to fuel my workouts to:)....do it for YOU an the TWO children that's what matters.. AN HAVE FUN..no doubt your children will join in

I think, for me, my kids are also motivation - trying to set a healthier example for them, and showing them that you should never quit and that one can do anything if they set their mind to it. :) Oh, and occasionally I read through tons of motivational quotes, haha! They do help. Once you see/feel the progress, it's a motivation on it's own too!
