Is it ok to keep working out six times a week even though you are underweight. I'm 5'9" and weight 135.
Do you eat enough? Why are you underweighted, have you always been, did you lose weight lately or are you eating "normal" and just keeping your weight?
Yeah I eat enough! But I like eating healthy though. And yeah I've been under weight growing up. I'm trying to be lean that's all.
