I am beginning to exercise, when I should eat? Let say I am going to the gym 6am do I need to eat before training or after.. What the portions?
I go walking and running for 8 miles every night. Should I eat before or leave it after?
You always should eat something before you do workout, but protein and carb. Just wait 1-2 hours before you start your exercises.
After workout eat protein and vegetables/salads within one hour. If you did hard workout, also carbs.
It's ok sometimes not to eat before running, but then you may not run fast and not longer than 30min.
