I just dont know where to start. Im lost. I need guidance! I weigh 178 in i need to lose 50bs
Eat less/unfatty foods, and running is a great start.
Make sure when you set goals that they are attainable. 50 pounds is a lot of weight to lose and it won't be going away all at once. It probably won't be lost at a consistent rate either. It is a good end goal but it's sometimes good to have milestones and be proud of what you have done along the way. Just remember to stick with it and try not to get discouraged.
