I just dont know where to start. Im lost. I need guidance! I weigh 178 in i need to lose 50bs

I'm right where you are, just schedule these short workouts on busier days and longer ones on days off. Also try to track your calorie intake, I use an app called "Lose It!" And I love it! KEEP GOING!

Eat more veggies, fruits an lean protein... eat something every2-3 hours don't starve yourself just make healthier choices HIIT, TABATA cardio workouts will help melt stored cell it's a lifestyle not a quick fix welcome to your new life

Eat less/unfatty foods, and running is a great start.

Make sure when you set goals that they are attainable. 50 pounds is a lot of weight to lose and it won't be going away all at once. It probably won't be lost at a consistent rate either. It is a good end goal but it's sometimes good to have milestones and be proud of what you have done along the way. Just remember to stick with it and try not to get discouraged.
