I'm looking for some motivation to eat healthier, I'm not the best and keeping away from the junk food and I don't know what's good or what's not good. Does anyone have any tips or advice for me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Avoid as much as possible intake of food containing any of the 3 whites - sugar, salt and flour. Also avoid junk and processed foods.. You gonna see the results in few weeks time..
