I just need a little motivation. I used to workout everyday but now its getting boring even when i add more weight.

If you haven't already, try switching up the WAY you do your sets. Instead of 3 sets of 10, try a pyramid approach. Five sets, first set 8 reps, next 10, then 12, back to 10 and finish with 8.
