You never know your story might Inspire someone. I do it cause its a great stress reliever, Ive always had low confidence in my self and working out has given me a new confidence and Strength not only physically but mentally

I do it because I want a good body. I want to be healthy and also create a pattern of exercise for when i get older.

I feel self moltivated to workout cos people look up to me, like a role model here in the school gym. Moreover, because I enjoy it.
