Motivation needed and help for workouts!

I am feeling very very demotivated and don't feel like dieting or working out because I have only lost half kg in 25 days! I feel like just coming back to normal eating when I used to eat everything freely. And ummmmm please also tell workouts for stomach, hips, thighs. All comments will be appreciated!

If you are not motivated and do not feel like working out, think about why you started and ask yourself how bad you want to succeed in achieving your goals. Depending on your answer, decide what you really want. Keep in mind that we are able, have the opportunity to pursue our goals, where some others are not. You alone have the power to create your feeling, you are in control. Go.
