Hey to all! I'm jazz. .recently started working out again could use some motivation and friends to help keep on track my goal is to be under 200lbs by December. . I work out in the morning before work.. and then after as well mainly carido for now. If u have any suggestions on workouts i would love to hear them. Im also an executive chef focus is nutrition so if u need help on that end feel free to ask!
