Hey to all! I'm jazz. .recently started working out again could use some motivation and friends to help keep on track my goal is to be under 200lbs by December. . I work out in the morning before work.. and then after as well mainly carido for now. If u have any suggestions on workouts i would love to hear them. Im also an executive chef focus is nutrition so if u need help on that end feel free to ask!

hey I wanna be under 200 too.... I challenge myself to run/jog 20 mile this week I'm on 16.50 miles already .. we can be workout partners and every week start different changes ...

I need motivation too as I am not regular in my workouts.  I hope we can motivate each other so that both of us can reach their goal. We can message each other . Let's do this !!!
