I need help to get my abs to just jump out my body. Also some help with my love handles. I do russian twists but I want more. Throw everything you got at me.
Abs: to pop

Your main success in getting abs will come from dedication to the proper diet.

People with visible abs have very low body fat percentage. Eating healthy, whole foods, tons of veggies, good proteins, less carbs, little to no sugars, no processed foods...

Ab exercises help a little with definition, but the biggest battle is lowering your total body fat via calorie counting, strict eating habits, and calorie burning exercise (cardio, HIIT, full body weight training)

Note: the body fat percentage for visible abs in women is well below average healthy norms. You can be very fit without poppin abs.

Okay thank you. And yeah i was reading and it said my body fat percentage shoukd bebat like 20% .. what about a strict diet and lots of running?
