How to get motivation

I just realized that when I eat at least 5 small meals a day my energy level goes out the roof and the only way to burn off the energy is exercising. So to get motivated just eat frequently and you wont be able to stay still. Burn off the energy. And youll see what extreme weight loss results youll get.
