I just want to remind people that you should be more concerned with getting fit and healthy and not focus so much on losing weight. Take care of your bodies.

Fab, that's encouraging, I haven't weighed myself for 2 weeks as I'm toning up but not losing weight as its not doing my motivation any good

I haven't weighed myself in 2 months, I only really started working out because I felt out of shape. And YES, scales are discouraging, so throw 'em out. Self-esteem is what matters. And good luck, I'm here if you need extra help :)
