I'm here. I need help with toning and lifting my butt and getting rid of my dam love handles. I need motivation too. Help me. Help you. :-)

Squats with weights. I do 100 squats 4 sets of 25. Rest every 3 days. I started with 5lbs. Now I use 9lbs. I swear you'll see a difference by day 12. I would post a before and after but I out have underwear on. Lol.

I understand you, I need motivation too, in two months is going to be my graduation party and my body is a dissaster, It's very difficult for me to do some exercise everyday :(
