Ugh. I get so discouraged when. I have off days. Tonight my boyfriend wanted to go to a fish FRY, that meant NO baked fish option. So yeah... Went to crap after that. Should have stopped at one healthy plate, but no. Had two. Shoooooooot
Anyone else have those days? How do you deal with it?
Don't beat yourself up about 1 unhealthy meal a week.. If u train hard and eat clean regularly you should have a cheat day if you want. Also as for not hitting the gym you need an off day. Recovery is as important as the actual workout. A cheat week on the other hand is something you should definitely avoid.
