In need of motivation

I jus started using this program and I jus need a lil motivation to keep me going.. I have the drive at times but then I'm the type that if I don't see any results in a week I quit and give up... Please someone help me stay on track with this program.

I will be your motivation , I know you want results right away but you have to give it about 90 days before you see some results . What are your trouble spots ?

My trouble spot is my stomach... I had to have a c section when I had my baby and I can not get back to my original size

That's going to really require some hard work . Most doctors tell you after a C-section that muscle is stretched to the point it won't ever go back to where it was . But you can get to where you wanna be , I also struggle with cardiovascular and Ab work

I am new to this also. I will also help keep you motivated. I'm soon to be 39 I am working on being a fit 40 but being a truck driver I was told that I couldn't do it that became my motivation.
