Hello fitness community. It is my first time using fitness app of any sort. Is it worth getting the pro?
IDK exactly, I'm not, and the only differnce is like programs, and like over 10 created workouts, but I'm doing great without it.
Biggest advantages of pro are access to more workouts and the ability to create unlimited numbers of your own workouts. Depends on how you use it. Try without pro for a while then decide if you need it
