At a stand still getting to my goal weight HELP

I use to be a big girl I got a divorce and focused on my son and my health dropped 60 pounds within a year by eating healthy and working out a lot. But now I'm not loosing I tried changing my workout but its not helping getting discouraged

Work on your nutrition keeping calories low...if you already are doing this then lower it slightly more to push through the plateau :-)

Thanks matt I eat white meats, vegies, fruits and salads I'll try switching things up....... would a protein bar or shake be ideal?

Have you thought to have your hormones  checked out ¿ that could be why

Also have you thought of p90x? It works with muscle confusion... Good luck girl
