Any advice to help make this work appropriate
Hi Grace, welcome! What exactly do you need help with? Are you trying lose weight, build muscle, stay lean... Etc? What's your number 1 goal for now?

Grace, the best type of workouts to lose weight fast is definitely hiit. There are some really good hiit and cardio workouts here at skimble. However, I would advise that you diversify your workouts so your body doesn't get used to it: weight training, resistance... etc. For the diet, a caloric deficit is necessary to achieve your goal. For maintaining your results, I would recommend watching your daily calorie intake (using my fitness pal for example) and making sure you don't eat more calories than your body needs (you can calculate this depending on your age, height and weight).
