Soooo, to all that have read my previous post, I appreciate your tips and encouragement. Unfortunately, I am going to need to have surgery on my right knee on October 14th. I'm so depressed about it. I had left knee surgery last year and it was a long recovery.
Will watching my calorie intake with minimal exercise really make a difference in my year end goal? What exercises can I do that burn calories but don't put too much pressure on my knee? Thank you all for your support and motivation. I am happy with my Skimble friends!
