Need Motivation!!

Help!! I need to lose a lot of weight..a lot. I was overweight in high school and lost it all through hard work..then I got married and now I have two babies and I am much worse off. It seems like I yo yo constantly and I need someone to help me stay consistent and get fit and healthy. My goal is by Christmas to lose 50 lbs...can someone help me stay motivate?? I am desperate now...please.

Everyday you wake up just remember what made you decide to make this change and cling to that.

That is such great advice. I am really hard on myself and lose motivation quickly and replace with blame and frustration which is a dumb cycle to be in...gets you nowhere. I just get stuck! Any suggestions how to break out of the bad habits and get started??
