How to increase stamina?

I dont have enough stamina to do workouts...Is there anyway to increase stamina?

Increase your reps, do fx. Take 3 months where every exercise is performed With 5 sets x 15 reps, with lighter weights, this will Increase strength, stamina in the muscles, and Increase the volume of muscle :) Hope it helps

Eat and drink healthy, sleep on time. Masturbate less, once every 3 weeks is fine but doing it on a daily basis will definitely affect your stamina

I have the stamina of a horse and I masterbaiton for a living. I would assume masterbaiton builds stamina in your dominant arm. Long story short, I'm thirsty, and I beg to differ.

Workout for longer duration slightly lighter...is how you train for stamina.

You just have to push yourself every time u workout. Whether its cardio or resistance training the more you do it the longer you can do it. Just remember that after a while your body will adjust so change it up every so often to keep your growth coming.
