I dont have enough stamina to do workouts...Is there anyway to increase stamina?
Eat and drink healthy, sleep on time. Masturbate less, once every 3 weeks is fine but doing it on a daily basis will definitely affect your stamina
Workout for longer duration slightly lighter...is how you train for stamina.
You just have to push yourself every time u workout. Whether its cardio or resistance training the more you do it the longer you can do it. Just remember that after a while your body will adjust so change it up every so often to keep your growth coming.
