I don't know if I can but I need to loose two stone within 100 days.
Any help or motivation?

Can u pls tell how much is one stone in kg or lbs

I wouldn't say impossible, typically if we eat healthy and workout regularly we should expect to lose up to 2 pounds a week but in some cases it's not uncommon to lose 3-4 pounds a week. It'll depend on your eating habits, fitness level, and how consistent you are working out

Try looking up 'shredding' workouts and diet plans about 35 days away from when you finish or when you feel you are hitting a plateau. I'm two weeks into a shredding program atm and am seeing significant fat loss. Just don't do crazy fasts or crash diets
