Quit smoking

I quit smoking recently but unfortunately relapsed. Now, inspired by one of the Skimblers, decided to try a gradual method - to delay this first cigarette as much as I can and to try to make those delays a bit longer every day. Until I'm ready to quit smoking altogether. Starting tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Use a vaporizer ecig thing...you start on strength you was smoking and decrease in time to lower and lower but you get same hit so dont feel like your loosing much other than nicotine and eventually your sucking no nicotine.

Thank you for the advice, Mat! If nothing else works (i. e. cold turkey), I might give it a try. Is that how you quit?
