But but but i want to build muscle FAST and get 8 pack abs FASTER..... But but but it has to be easy and quick.   Did i mention i want to lose 4 stone in 4 weeks too? Lol

Not to mention I want to lift and tighten my but over the weekend and make my breast stand up and out overnight without much effort and I don't want to sweat! lol

Honestly I do about one situp and hope that a six pack will magically appear... But it never does... If only wishes came true haha
