Motivation !

After 2 months of no workout .... I feel tired ... energy less .... I feel bad ..... so how do I build up my motivation again ? Which exercise should I start with ?

Hey Rima , Start by going for a run outside, you just have to push yourself to do it, you will feel better after you do it I promise!

I agree with Bryan. It all starts from within.. we are here to help you stay in track when your in need. I promise to chase you on your workouts if you promise to not give up.
