When you work on abs does the belly fat go away too? Thanks.

I have a layer of fat above my stomach but I am doing or rather trying to do six pack abs workout which will eventually help me get a flat stomach!

Nope your fat doesnt go away if you want a flat stomach then do alot of core exercises and eat clean and then your abs will pop out

I thought core workouts would make your abs bigger and push the fat even more to the front?

The only way you get visible abs is to get your body fat weight percent down to 6%.  You can do abs all you want but if you have a thin layer a fat above them they will never show.

Eat fruits and vegtables, cold water fish, whole grains. Stay away from processed food and keep calories in less than calories out by keeping a record on your eating and exercising daily. Try not to lose more than 2 lbs per week.

Marco u can Google it. Check ur BMI. Body mass index it will tell u how much fat% do u have.
