The only way you get visible abs is to get your body fat weight percent down to 6%. You can do abs all you want but if you have a thin layer a fat above them they will never show.
Eat fruits and vegtables, cold water fish, whole grains. Stay away from processed food and keep calories in less than calories out by keeping a record on your eating and exercising daily. Try not to lose more than 2 lbs per week.
