I am a 20 years old student. I always try to do some basic exercises but I always give up because I don't have time. Can anyone give me some tips about how to stay motivated and find time for workout. I study 40+h a week without the projects I need to deliver.

40 hours is a good time for studies which even I'm supposed to do as a 9th grader. Keep the motivation as why did u start. And for workout I would recommend doing the zero to hero workout which is there on a post on workout healthy. All the best.
