Hey . I've been overweight since forever and i really don't like this situation anymore .but the problem is all diet make me lose my energie wich i don't want caus i need to study . Any advices plz !!!
Of you plan your diet right it should
increase your energy make sure you are getting enough protein
Well I had that same problem but I took it slow by eliminating one bad food at a time and substituting it with a healthier option so that I still feel like the same me. So take it slow until you become a healthy eater. Diets don't work because they are not a lifestyle change.
I write down everything I eat, all exercise I do and how I feel. Use my phone for that it keeps me thinking. Well that's my trick works for me.
And I got a training buddy that also helps.
