I will go from 20% body fat to 15% within the next 5 months.
I was curious what method you are using to track body fat?
There ar3 equipments to do that. It just sends a feeble electric current thru your body from leg to hands and measures the body fat based on the resistance measured. It's an approximation but the closest possible. Calculates everything from BMI to body water content etc.
I'm going to use a scale for that. It's not really precise but good enough for me.
