For the first 15mins of your workout your body burns sugar & carbs. At 30mins it enters the fat burning zone.. KEEP PUSHING!! Most PT's recommend 45min workouts. Now you know why

I read somewhere recently that this theory is currently challenged by scientists and that fat burning starts immediately resp. happens all the time - any thoughts on that?
