For pecks, What would be the best workout?
For Delts, What would be the best workout?
For Obliques, What would be the best workout?
For biceps, What would be the best workout?
For triceps, What would be the best workout?
For abs , What would be the best workout?

~I've been told pushups, situps & dips are the best for half of those but I want to try something new. Thanks!

Pecks: bench press. Obliques: barbell side bends. Delts :victory press. Triceps : skull crushers. Biceps: dumbell curl. Abs : crunch is still king. Don't forget your lats do deadlifts for that.

Also don't forget your incline and decline bench for your pecs. Can't forget to work your upper and lower pecs
