I am 32 years young, stand about 175 cms. Tall and weigh about 70 kgs. I work out at our apartment gym. I have a little fat around my waistline which I wanna get rid of and also want a well defined body.

Could anyone suggest a good workout program for me? I also have a swimming pool and a steam room at my disposal.
