I have a hard time finding time.. any suggestions? I am a single mother of one, work full time (my job is 45 min away plus I pick up a coworker on the way), full time student at night, and my son does sports 4 times a week...anyone else have a full schedule like mine and find time to work out? I make time to run at least 1 mile almost everyday.
I have a full schedule also. To make sure i can workout and spend time with my kids after work i get up at 445 daily to workout before work. Tiring but it needs to be done.
Remember that even 30 seconds while you wait for the kettle to boil can be used to work out..... 15 Squats? Few pushups? I used to do 10 push ups every time i went into the kitchen..... Lol
