Past few months I've fallen out of my exercise routine and my body has paid the price for it. I've gained some of the weight back that I worked so hard to lose. Just need some motivation from my great supporters so that I can reach my goal of a healthy weight! Thanks so much, this time I'll stay on track

Dont look back. .. dont give up. Tray to do 5x per week exercises. ... :-) At now i am doing zumba... it is very fan! !!! And burns much calories. .. i recomend. ...

Same happened to me i stooped for 2 weeks due to schedule of school and job and gained 5 pounds but i started again 2 weeks ago and lost them again and more..
