Never worked out in my life. I'm 16 and need tips.

I'm skinny, I've been procrastinating on working out because I need motivation and guidance. I want to focus on upper body and I have access to no other equipment besides a pair of 10 pound dumbells. Someone please help me get started.

Do push ups.its the best thing to get muscles

Learn to enjoy excersicing first off . Then after that everything will fall into place I gaurentee :)
