Do an random workout now! You will feel better, and when you need to feel better remember the feeling, and what it makes you feel it, you'll get to the workout again!

I did 12o crunches it felt good n made my stomach alil flat I do them morning n night n I love to run I just feel lazy

Maybe need a routine change, do you like rewards? Think in one to give it to you after complete a fun workout, did you try the yoga ones around here?
