I need motivation to start a workout I feel lazy but then I want to workout some help
Do an random workout now! You will feel better, and when you need to feel better remember the feeling, and what it makes you feel it, you'll get to the workout again!
Maybe need a routine change, do you like rewards? Think in one to give it to you after complete a fun workout, did you try the yoga ones around here?
