I've been doing pushups most of my life now and I can't seem to get past the 40 mark without failure. It's not that I give up too easily my arms just gives in and I have to rest. Any advice?

Ps. I do touch the ground with my chest on each rep

Different push-up variations to hit the muscles from different angles and weighted push-ups are great to help increase reps...mixing in some weight training will also be good to do

But what different variations? I don't have weights

No weights.... Burpees to failure is total body workout... Do ten rest 30 sec an repeat as many times as u can
