Hi I need some advice, I'm 5 foot 2 inches weighing 116 pounds with a 31 inch waist, 35 inch butt and 19.5 inch thighs... How do I take inches off my waist and get a bigger butt?

Cardio and have to include the big lifts for a toned and tight lower body and butt: deadlifts, squats, lunges and throw in stepups, fire hydrants, and glute kickbacks...adding resistance is key but you'll have a lower body/butt that'll turn heads if you do them consistently! Cardio to torch fat and mix it all with good eating!
