Sit-ups and push-ups

Im trying to get better at doing sit-ups and push-ups. Im really struggling with them. Is there any exercise that will help with my muscles to get better at these? I can do them but its a struggle and I want to be able to do them without so much struggle.

How many you can do ? And which type of exercise you are doing ?

Try doing wall push ups and work up to push ups on your knees. Then traditional push ups

I need help, when i do push ups the bones between my neck and shoulders hurt... What am I doing wrong???

Planks are a great way to help your core.  First on the elbows...  as you progress then fulfill arm extension.  There are a bunch of plank worries on Skimble.  Good luck...!!!  You can do it...!!!

I joined the army and I went to my training last week and I did 20 pushups and 11 situps. Since then Im struggling to 4 situps and I can still do 20 pushups but i struggle. I want to get better at them so im not struggling at basic
