Im trying to get better at doing sit-ups and push-ups. Im really struggling with them. Is there any exercise that will help with my muscles to get better at these? I can do them but its a struggle and I want to be able to do them without so much struggle.
I need help, when i do push ups the bones between my neck and shoulders hurt... What am I doing wrong???
Planks are a great way to help your core. First on the elbows... as you progress then fulfill arm extension. There are a bunch of plank worries on Skimble. Good luck...!!! You can do it...!!!
