What's up Skimble, I'm interested in hearing your different workout routines for parts of the body. I like trying new workouts as often as possible so it will be appreciated! Here is a bicep workout I've been doing, inclined dumbell hammer curls until failure, standing hammer curls until failure (2 sets). Alternating inclined bicep curls until failure, standing curls until failure (2 sets).

Look up Jim Stoppani's "shortcut to shred" 6 week program. I'm 3 weeks in and it's ripping me up! Varying reps, triple body parts worked, twice a week, and a shitload of HIIT cardio instead of rests.. It's as brutal as it sounds but the results are visible and I'm looking forward to seeing the final results in 3 weeks
