Changing the game
What's up Skimble, I'm interested in hearing your different workout routines for parts of the body. I like trying new workouts as often as possible so it will be appreciated! Here is a bicep workout I've been doing, inclined dumbell hammer curls until failure, standing hammer curls until failure (2 sets). Alternating inclined bicep curls until failure, standing curls until failure (2 sets).
