I'm 14 and I'm 5 foot 6 and I weigh 160 pounds. what are some ways that I could lose weight safely?

by how you look you look great but if you really need something marry me you can do something with carbs and food I think it will help a lot and your immune system

I don't think you need to lose weight judging by your pics. If you are unhappy with your body focus more on toning and building muscle.
