Hello
I need help with motivating myself to get up and start working out regularly agin. Is anyone willing to help?

Hey girl :) what's the best way to encourage you? Do I need to send you a message every morning telling you to get off your ass, do we need to set a time every day or every other day to workout? What's the best way to support and cheer you on?

Either way or both, cause I have lost all motivation and gained all the weight back.

Best way to message you? Through this app? and I'm on East Coast time and typically work out around 3:45-4 daily monday-friday if that time can work for you. I do some in the mornings but usually short workouts before getting ready for work

I'm on central time. I wake up at 5:00 a.m. gives me about 30 minutes to workout before I go to work. I don't have time in the afternoon. Massaging me here would be the best.

I can do that, you're just an hour behind me so I'll send you a reminder in the mornings to get after it! :)
