Iv always played sports and kept fit generally but now I want to move forward a few steps.
I'm fairly new to just working out and am not sure where to start.
I don't want to get any bigger I'm happy with my size however I do want to cut down my body fat percentage and turn what I do have already into lean muscle.
Any advice is greatly appreciated :)
Protein +veggies results in fat loss when coupled with exercise. Cardio and HITT or Tabata routines will torch those calories for you. Be sure to eat well abbs drink plenty of water and get plenty rest also. Good luck!
