Need advice/help/instruction

Iv always played sports and kept fit generally but now I want to move forward a few steps.

I'm fairly new to just working out and am not sure where to start.

I don't want to get any bigger I'm happy with my size however I do want to cut down my body fat percentage and turn what I do have already into lean muscle.

Any advice is greatly appreciated :)

A good meal plan and workout. If you dedicated you will get what you want.

Protein +veggies results in fat loss when coupled with exercise.  Cardio and HITT or Tabata routines will torch those calories for you.  Be sure to eat well abbs drink plenty of water and get plenty rest also.  Good luck!

Thank you. I have heard of tabard training before yeah, just start putting it into practice I guess!

Bodyweight exercises and a clean diet  are the best ingredients to achieve your goals. You can get workouts in this app or at youtube.
