Having a skinny body. Still needs exercise. 3 times is good for me. :) :3

You should do one... Try HIIT workouts or join a CF gym. You won't ever have to workout that much in the morning again.

Add 5-10 mins of yoga...nd u'll be able to improve your stamina
..... which will further increase your workout time day by day...

You can achieve ur goal by doing yoga n cardio...swimming is also forĀ  option...good luck....
