Hellllllllllp! I need motivation/energy. I wanna be healthy and fit but I'm lacking in the whole get up and go. Any suggestions???

Why do you need it? How badly do you need it? What happens if you don't get it?

Agree 100% with Alan. And after you've done this, start SMALL, it will make the transition to the new lifestyle much easier.

Decide why you want to do this. Then decide what you want to achieve. Then look at how you want to achieve it and go from there. Don't feel you need to rush. Be realistic in your goals and do things gradually. You will get there
