How many times should I work out in a week? Upper body on Monday, go for a run Tuesday? Chest/Core Wednesday? Run again Thursday? Lower body/Legs Friday? Maybe run again Saturday? Rest Sunday? Do it over again... Thoughts?? Thanks!

Lol why not do your workouts all together ? I mean you still get rest days but the chest core ones why not combine your other workouts with jogging?

So everyday you switch from parts to parts of your body with a run after or before, that is just a thought ;3
