I have finally came to the realization that I need to change my life for the better, so I can feel better about myself and get to a weight that I am comfortable with in my own body.

Any advice on where I should start with?

Also, green tea? I know I seen something online that said to look at the ingredients and that there is a certain ingredient that is in some that you should stay away from.. I maybe wrong but I may not be..

It all depends on where you want to start... but remember this, losing weight and being fit is 30% exercise and 70% diet

My doctor is sending me to a nutritionist. Hoping that will be a good start.

Right on (: yea always make sure your body x an handle changing eating habits if its a major your... remember, dont do a DIEt do a lifestyle change... the last one I did I ate 6 meals a day and snacks and lost 30 lbs in 1 month lol.... then I stopped after but since then (5months ago) I have been eating better and have lost another 25
